Denise in customer service was great in getting me help to diagnose a problem with my water heater right away. She was able to switch my afternoon appointment for first thing this morning. Brian was the technician who diagnosed the issue and took the time to show me the issue that needed to be addressed. I greatly appreciate the efforts of Denise and Brian.
