Jeff was my technician and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. He tried multiple things and called assistance too for verification even when he was certain he found the solution; he continued to diagnose so he was confident he was not spending my dime on false information. He also explained everything to me. He was personable and listened to me even if he was uncertain that my explanation matched what he was finding. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again. I assume they are all as good as Jeff, but ask for Jeff if you need someone great.

Had an old installation error with a toilet and Jeff came within 24 hours. Thoroughly reviewed the situation and evaluated fix options and implemented the best and most cost effective solution within the same day. So polite and easy to work with. Great service and exceptional work. Kudos to Bishop.
Great Service!
I was having a problem with my new kitchen sink. For 2 weeks, every time I used it, water was not draining and backing up into my dishwasher. My dishwasher smelled terrible! I called Bishop since they took great care of my sump pump when it broke years ago. The person would answered the call (Gina I believe) She was sweet and determined to get me help as quickly as possible. The technician arrived the following morning. His name was Jeff. He was 5 STAR FABULOUS!!!! Very personable, professional and took care of my clogged drain! He made sure everything was done perfectly and meticulously clean. It was a pleasure having Bishop and Jeff in my home. Thank you for taking such great care. Highly recommend Bishop and Jeff for any plumbing needs.
Should have called Bishop first.....
I have not had hot water for over a week. I originally called my usual HVAC guy (looking back that was a bad idea), and they told me that I could get a new water heater. The guys came out on a Friday and saw the small space I have and said that they could not install the new one. I threw them out of my house. I then remembered Bishop from when I lived in the area and called them. Gina was great in listening my issue. She had Joe come out. He was very personable and told me what I needed and he ordered the new water heater. This morning Bryan and Brian came out. They were great! Bryan answered all my questions. I now will have Bishop be not just plumber, but my HVAC as well. Thank goodness for Bishop!!
Toilet replacement
My only toilet backed up for the third time in three weeks. I called several companies who could not promise service until the late afternoon.. Having only one bathroom and being a disable person I couldn’t wait, especially if I needed a replacement of my right height toilet. Jeff arrived on time and as I suspected, the toilet needed to be replaced. I was so pleasantly surprised that he actually had one on his truck. Jeff’s appearance was neat and clean. He cleaned up after himself. He did a great job. While I was not happy with cost of the toilet, I was thankful that Jeff was here and took care of of everything very efficiently. Thank you Jeff.

Value of a Relationship
We have been using Bishop for nearly 20 years. They have provided sump pump installation, remediation of a major issue with a leaking pipe in our upstairs bathroom and several other service items. Many consider them expensive but for us the relationship paid off when, after the installation of a defective-expensive-kitchen faucet, Bishop and Joe specifically were relentless in identifying and correcting the problem. It took several calls to find and fix the problem but they stayed with it and negotiated a replacement faucet with the manufacturer at no expense to us. Definitely reinforced our decision to continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

Luke was a life saver
Thank you so much to Luke and the team at Bishop for fixing our broken sewer pipe. We first found the issue on a Monday, Luke and his team had it fixed by Tuesday morning, and were done with the job completely by Wednesday morning, which far exceeded our expectations. They knew how important it was to have the issue taken care of, and they did it with incredible speed and precision. I am very appreciative of Luke and Bishop for taking a daunting repair like replacing a sewage pipe, and making it as easy as possible for a homeowner like myself. I would definitely recommend him in the future.
Excellent service
Brian was professional and friendly. He did a great job repairing the leak we had in less time then he estimated. He helped move washer and dryer out and back into place. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up the work area completely. I would highly recommend him.
